Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last updated July 21, 2026
Before purchase
Checkout or an Order Form will identify the plan, features or limits, billing interval, amount in U.S. dollars, applicable taxes, first charge date, and whether the subscription renews. A free review is an evaluation and does not automatically become paid unless checkout clearly states a conversion and the customer separately authorizes it.
Recurring authorization
By affirmatively accepting the recurring-billing disclosure and completing checkout, Customer authorizes RevenueCallout and its payment provider to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes at each monthly or annual renewal until canceled. This authorization is separate from general acceptance of the Terms of Service.
Cancellation
A workspace owner may cancel online at any time through Workspace Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access continues through that date unless the account is suspended for breach, security risk, or nonpayment. If the portal is unavailable, email hello@revenuecallout.com from the workspace owner's address. We will not require a sales call to cancel an online subscription.
Refunds and plan changes
Except where law, an Order Form, or a written service commitment requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and cancellation is not prorated. Duplicate charges, charges after an effective cancellation, or billing errors will be corrected. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades normally take effect at renewal. We will display the effect before confirmation.
Meaning of “unlimited”
Where a plan says users or calls are “unlimited,” it means that plan has no preset per-seat or per-call quantity and no ordinary per-call overage fee. It does not authorize resale, automated bulk extraction, unlawful use, or activity that threatens security or availability. Reasonable technical and abuse- prevention limits may apply under the Acceptable Use Policy; they are not a substitute for undisclosed usage fees.
Price changes and failed payments
Price changes apply no earlier than the next renewal after reasonable advance notice. Customer may cancel before the new price takes effect. We may retry failed payments and suspend paid functionality after notice. Cancellation does not erase amounts already due.
Data after cancellation
Export needed information before access ends. Customer Content is deleted or returned according to the Terms, DPA, and applicable Order Form, subject to limited security, transaction, legal, and backup retention.
